Palin ---Could she help clean up Congress ?

JOE AMERICA NEEDS HELP !



We the people deserve and demand congressional honesty.
Republican and Democrat senators and representatives MUST be required to tell the TRUTH and be held ACCOUNTABLE when representing the people whom elected them.



As Americans try to get more involved in their Government through the great media boom such as CNN . What good does it do for them to watch the CONGRESS in action, if most of the debates revolve around the DEMOCRATS and the REPUBLICANS both accusing each other of not telling the truth and that they don’t understand the bill in question.



One thing that AMERICANS do UNDERSTAND is that one of them has to be LYING and one of them DID-NOT READ OR DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE BILL. The American people being represented By this CONGRESS deserve to hear the TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH, FROM ALL.

FIRST WE NEED TO CHANGE THEY WAY WE LEGISLATE BILLS!

ALL BILLS SHOULD BROKEN DOWN AND HAVE THREE SECTIONS.

SECTION 1 - ACTUAL BILL (A FEW PAGES)
SECTION 2 - EXCEPTIONS (MANY PAGES)
SECTION 3 - OTHER PURPOSES (MANY PAGES)

LEGISLATOR'S MUST VOTE YEA-OR-NAY ON EACH SECTION.

THIS WAY THE PUBLIC CAN KEEP TRACK OF WHO VOTED FOR

THE ACTUAL BILL
THE EXCEPTIONS (LOBBYIST)
OTHER PURPOSES (PORK)


ACCOUNTABILITY WE NEED IN PLACE



(1) ALL CONGRESS TO BE SWORN IN WITH AN OTHE TO TELL THE TRUTH THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.



(2) ALL MEMBERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHALLENGE ANY MEMBERS REMARKS AND HAVE THE ISSUE REFEREED TO AN IMPARTIAL OVER SITE COMMITTEE



.(3) FIRST OFFENCE IF FOUND GUILTY_-_$10.000 FINE.



(4) SECOND OFFENCE IF FOUND GUILTY - 14 DAY SUSPENSION.



(5) THIRD OFFENCE IF FOUND GUILTY - 60 DAY SUSPENSION.



(6) FOURTH OFFENCE IF FOUND GUILTY – TERMINATION .




This if enacted, will give the American people whom elected this CONGRESS a re-newed faith that their Government is HONEST and that we do have some OVER SITE CAPABILITY. This would also require all members to read and UNDERSTAND the BILLS being debated.This could also have a profound effect
on some of the bills that contain 10 pages of actual law - 5,000 page of lobbyist EXCEPTIONS - 1,000 pages of EAR-MARKS or as they like to call them in the House - OTHER PURPOSES.
